Drafting for a Good Fit Between Statutes and Regulations

This workshop will look at how statutes and regulations can be drafted so that they fit together well in a way that is easy for readers to understand. Various approaches will be discussed, including the use of “sign posting” in both the statute and regulations and different ways in which regulation-making powers can be structured and arranged.
