Ryan Shackleton

Ryan Shackleton in the founder and Director of Know History, Canada’s largest historical research firm. He has been a professional historian for more than 20 years working on a diverse range of projects including the Qikiqtani Truth Commission, Residential School Files, and the Inuit Oral History of the Franklin Expedition. Although he calls Ottawa home, he has worked with First Nations, Inuit and Metis throughout Canada to document, present and share their history.
