Emily Tallon and Dr. Ilana Dodi Luther are at the Access to Justice & Law Reform Institute located at the Schulich School of Law in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Ilana has a background in law and policy and is the Executive Director as Project Coordinator in 2021. Ilana has a first law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LLM from Harvard Law School. In 2015, Ilana earned her Doctorate in Law from the Schulich School of Law and teaches in the Law Justice and Society Program and at the law school on a part-time basis.

Emily received her law degree from the University of Victoria in 2015 and worked in the criminal justice field until joining the Institute, at first in criminal defence and then in restorative justice.
